Torn on this one. The anime fights are great, but feel like they belong in a more, you know, fun movie? It wants to be more complex than your average Rocky sequel, but the execution doesn‘t match the ambition and then the movie remembers that it is still a Rocky sequel so you end up watching a very well-directed final fight with no idea what you’re supposed to feel.

I‘ll still watch four more of these, especially if Jordan keeps directing.
